Terms of Service

By accessing or using TextPulse.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

TextPulse.ai provides an AI text humanization tool and AI detection tool delivered as a web application. The Service processes text submitted by users to produce rephrased output and AI detection reports.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using TextPulse, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Submit malicious content including malware, viruses, or harmful code

You retain full ownership of all text you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting text, you grant TextPulse a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by TextPulse and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use TextPulse trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through PayPal. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the start of the billing period. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy (Section 9).

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

The AI detector feature provides probabilistic assessments of whether text was generated by AI. No AI detection tool is 100% accurate. TextPulse does not guarantee specific AI detection scores or that humanized text will pass any particular detector. Results may vary depending on the input text, detector algorithms, and settings used.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextPulse and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TextPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TextPulse operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
